A delightful breakfast and friendly staff add to the experience. I can’t recommend it enough for an enjoyable stay!

I was appalled by the lack of professionalism at this hotel. The check-in process was a nightmare, taking an eternity with only one staff member there to assist the long line. Breakfast was chaotic. I couldn't find a seat and faced a long wait for coffee due to the inadequate staffing.

absolutely disappointing! The check-in took forever, and there were limited seats for breakfast, so I had to awkwardly stand and eat. I also can't believe there was no welcome gift or room upgrade. It's almost like I'm just another guest here. What a shame! I really thought I might give a good review, but I just couldn't.
